About Ksenia Ivankova

Ksenia was born in 1992 in the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Since her childhood, Ksenia showed interest in art and painting. At the age of 6, she entered an art school for the first time, where teachers taught her the art of drawing for the first time. Five years after graduating from art school with the highest grades, Ksenia did not stop there, and at the age of 14 she again enters a more professional art school, which she would finish in 4 years externally.

In 2010, Ksenia enters the Institute of Architecture and Art of the Southern Federal University (ИАрхИ ЮФУ) in the city of Rostov-on-Don for the specialty “Architect”. After studying at the Institute for 6 years, she obtained the title of “Specialist”.

Ksenia’s graduation project was the project of an Aquatic and Sports Complex on the bank of the Don River, as a satellite of the stadium under construction for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. She achieved the diploma with the highest score.

After graduating from the Institute, Ksenia worked in many architectural firms in the cities of Sochi and Moscow, where she received extensive experience and practice in his business.

In parallel with this, she continued her education in the sphere of architecture, attending numerous seminars of famous Russian architects and designers.

In 2018, Ksenia decided to open her own architectural studio “Ivankova Architects” in the city of Sochi. Working in her own studio brought her significant growth and development in this sector, skills in management and communication with clients, but Ksenia had always been attracted to European design and architecture.

In 2020, Ksenia moved to Spain. Specifically to the city of Marbella, Malaga.

She worked at several architecture firms, where she absorbed experience in architecture, construction, design and knowledge of the regulation of properties in the territory of the Costa del Sol.

In 2024, Ksenia decided to change the direction of her professional activity a little and chose the real estate world, since thanks to all her experience in architecture and good treatment with clients, she considered it to be the perfect tandem for her future.

That new beginning was with the real estate agency Paragon Estates, where Ksenia continues to develop her potential in architecture as a real estate agent with the background of architect’s knowledge.
