José Cuevas

José was born in 1988, in Chile. At the age of 8, he moved to live in the north of Spain, specifically in Pamplona. He always had a special interest in sports, especially tennis, which led him at a very young age to move to Alicante to live in a high-performance center and achieve his childhood dream of becoming a professional tennis player. An injury at the age of 17 led him to completely change his initial goal and he ended up going to study Sports Management in the southern United States, thanks to an athletic scholarship.

After completing his degree, he began working for various elite sports representation companies. José always had those commercial skills and a friendly demeanor with each of his clients. He worked for about 6 years representing different professional tennis players until he decided to take the step that would completely change his life.

In 2015, he decided to leave the “American dream” and ended up landing in the famous Marbella. It was a dream place he had known some years earlier, as his parents had been living in that area for years. Having part of his family there (one of the most important pillars of José’s life) and seeing that he could continue his commercial aspect in a different line of work such as real estate, led him to make the final decision to settle in the south of Spain and start an adventure as a real estate agent.

The beginnings were not easy, but they were vital for everything that would happen to him later.
