Jose Antonio Fernandez

José Antonio is the lead attorney at Paragon Estates, regarding immigration and Golden Visa issues. He worked for many years in a full-service immigration law firm founded in 2002. He received a Bachelor of Law from the University of Granada in 1993. He has taken postgraduate courses specializing in business management, legal practice, immigration, as well as gender perspective.

With over 27 years of experience, he is highly equipped to resolve all aspects of immigration law.
Prior to found the firm, he worked at a law firm specialized in property conveyancing, at the same time he began to deal with a variety of
immigration matters such as devising removal defense strategies and preparing and filing adjustment of status, nationality applications, work and residence authorizations.

He often represent clients before the Spain Embassy and Consulates around the World and I also have extensive experience representing clients in Immigration and Labor Court.
