To ensure our property owners are well-informed about the condition of their property, we employ a personalized on-site protocol for monitoring their residences. When you’re not present, we conduct thorough examinations of your home and its contents, promptly reporting any irregularities and advising you on necessary actions.

Rest assured about your absence. Your keys can be securely held in our office, maintaining them in safe custody and granting access to your property for authorized guests or suppliers when you’re not around.

CLEANING SERVICES
For many years, we’ve partnered with a professional cleaning company that delivers high-quality, exclusive services for all our property management and rental properties.
We can arrange your bed linen and toseos to be cleaned by a professional dry cleaner or laundromat. If you’d like our cleaners to handle the washing, drying, and ironing of your linens and towels on-site, this service can also be arranged and will be invoiced at our standard hourly cleaning rate.
MAINTENANCE NEEDS
We collaborate with a skilled team of technicians, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, air conditioning specialists, TV experts, upholsterers, and construction professionals. No task is too small or too large!
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PACKAGE

- Monthly inspections when the owner is absent.
- Comprehensive property inspections, both inside and outside.
- Testing of electrical appliances, air conditioning, alarm systems, fireplaces, plumbing fixtures, and assessment of dampness or structural damage.
- Swimming pool, garden, and plant inspections.
- Identification of maintenance issues and coordination of minor repairs. Estimates will be provided for larger repairs or projects.
- Mail pickup and forwarding (if specified by the owner), with mailing costs charged to the owner.
- Additional checks after extreme weather conditions to ensure the property’s condition.
- Oversight of tenant usage of the property.
- Assistance with administration, community matters, insurance, and local taxes.
- Emergency call service for issues like plumbing or electrical problems.
- Payment of emergency bills.
Note: Some services may have an additional cost. Extra services can be provided by our team, incurring an additional fee. Rest assured that we’ll maintain your property in optimal condition with the maximum car.
